The BP&A Team plays an important role in our finance operations and partners closely with the finance, trading, and middle office teams to understand their needs and provide them with meaningful insights through data analysis and reporting. We are looking for an early-career business intelligence developer with strong Python, dashboarding, interpersonal skills, and an interest in finance and trading.

Your Core Responsibilities:

You will focus on dashboard and ETL development, maintenance, process improvement, and automation.
Work closely with other Data Analysts and Engineers to maintain and develop best practices and partner with the middle office, finance, and trading teams to develop analytic solutions; you collaborate with global teams in Chicago and Sydney, reporting to the local BP&A lead.
Analyze big data and extract valuable information, making it readily available in the decision-making process.
You maintain existing and develop new business reporting solutions, and you develop tools that increase efficiencies, data processing, and load times.
You will act as a trusted advisor in the field of analytics in all areas of the business.

Your Skills and Experience:

4-7 years of work experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar experience
Strong experience in Python and SQL is required
Demonstrated experience developing business reporting applications (QlikView, Tableau, or similar BI tool)
Demonstrated experience developing ETL pipelines and architecture
Previous experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, front-end development, or trading is a plus
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, AI/Data Science or other quantitative backgrounds or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Someone who thrives within a dynamic, quickly changing environment; is curious and self-driven
