Description

As the Sales Operations Coordinator you will support the KONG sales team in several ways, such as developing and maintaining sales dashboards, protecting and enforcing KONG’s Retailer Policies, and supporting Account Managers in a variety of administrative tasks. In this position you will need to process organizational skills, be eager to contribute, and be comfortable communicating with cross-functional partners.

Duties And Responsibilities

Sales Analysis

Support internal sales team with projects, reporting, systems, and processes that will help improve sales productivity and effectiveness
Dashboard and report creation and upkeep
SPS Commerce training, support and documentation for account managers

Online Brand Protection

Audit Retailer.com sites for content integrity, completeness, and optimization opportunities
This role works closely with the Amazon Account Manager to dive into the daily operations of our Agency’s business, including case and listing management, reporting, unauthorized sellers, buy box, and other systems
Communicate, engage discuss and align colleagues and retailers with the implementation of KONG’s Authorized Reseller Policies within select regions (North and South America)
Ensure consistent application and enforcement of these policies
Record and track all findings accurately within the KONG CRM system

Account Support

Support the Senior Account Manager/s in the launch of customer specific products and programs
Assist account/s day to day business around finances, logistics, sales order fulfillment, product specifications and sales initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years in relationship-based support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely high attention to detail, critical thinking, business planning skills
Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and related data skills to create sales presentations, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Data analytics experience

Compensation

From $65,000 per year
Quarterly profit sharing

KONG Headquarters - Golden, Colorado
Onsite Monday through Friday
