The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, increasing sales, and improving brand visibility through retail operations and customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building relationships. You should feel comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open to travel and show leadership potential. Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met during retail interactions
Monitor sales activity to align services with budgetary constraints and client objectives
Regularly collaborate with team members to assess progress and brainstorm innovative strategies for business enhancement
Prepare progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account renewals, and coordinate closely with the sales team
