Summary:

The main function of a Resource Planning Associate is to direct and coordinate human resources activities, specifically related to Workday position Management, of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions. A typical human resources planning associate is responsible for a wide range of organization transactional activities, such as updating position information in the system and closely monitoring the information submitted by hiring managers ensuring personnel policies and regulatory compliances are met. An entry level human resources planning associate typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with human resources or customer service.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Process transactional requests received from clients
Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary
Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative action) (Required)
Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems (Typically required)
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Required)
Experience with Workday system a plus
Knowledge on Talent Acquisition process a plus

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
0–3 years related experience required

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
