We are looking for a talented content producer and marketer to make peerless content in a team pushing the bar for government communications and marketing. We need an experienced and self-driven Content Marketing Manager who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to a fast-paced team. Based at the BCG NY and reporting to the Head of Marketing Campaigns (North America), you will work closely with marketing and communications experts, and your work will help support businesses across the UK and around the world. You will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of creative content to a business-to-business audience supporting both trade and investment. You will produce high-quality video and photo output for campaigns and events and will be a dynamic operator with capacity for pushing new formats, optimising content and responding quickly to the news cycle.

Roles and responsibilities:

Create first-class video and photo content for campaigns and events, including for digital channels
Lead filming, both in the office and on location
Develop new ways of storytelling in the digital environment
Lead content creation on key policy announcements, ministerial priorities, events and campaigns
Develop and deliver content campaign strategy
Use data and other insight to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions
Advise colleagues and stakeholders on filming logistics and best practice
Edit and deliver finished photo and video outputs at pace
Train and upskill team members in videography tools and techniques
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the UK, North America and the global marketing and communications network
Manage budgets for projects by working in close co-ordination with network colleagues to provide regular and
accurate financial information
Perform other duties as assigned

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

Demonstrated experience in social media, digital marketing or communication role
Experience in videography and video editing (ideally for business audiences)
Experience with the Adobe Creative suite or similar editing tools
Strong editorial judgement
Ability to work at pace and under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent senior stakeholder management abilities
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to deliver results and work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and networking skills
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A demonstrated ability to be flexible on tasks within the team and deliver results
Demonstrable interest in the UK and international affairs
Must be able to attend events outside of office hours and undertake travel in the US and internationally up to 20% of your time
