We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of delivering impactful digital marketing strategies. As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will oversee a team of seven marketers with responsibilities for web, email, paid media and social media. This role is responsible for the strategic creation of digital marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns that drive interest and conversion with our target markets across Texas Capital’s multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate must also have a current working knowledge of marketing technologies and how to optimize platforms and partnerships to create scale. This is a critical role in Texas Capital’s Marketing organization as the firm is a branch light organization.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive annual digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and are aligned to overall business objectives.
Direct the execution of digital marketing campaigns and activities across web, email, paid digital media and social media.
Create strategic alignment among all digital channels to optimize the prospect path-to-purchase journey.
Establish and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
Serve as the SME to internal teams on opportunities to capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organizational goals.
Streamline marketing efforts by identifying, integrating and implementing the appropriate technology to drive and measure digital marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
Understand software and vendor roadmaps to manage to changes and upgrades to platforms while identifying opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities released.
Partner with technology to define overall data and process architecture – especially in areas of integration with platforms outside of the marketing organization.
Partner with tech team to ensure all monitoring of overall health of tech stack as well as support budgeting / cost of software cost.

Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.) or other relevant degree: Master’s preferred.

Track record of leading multiple large campaigns across multiple digital channels simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience leading teams in dynamic and fast-paced organizations.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable.
Deep understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem with the ability to position the firm for significant future growth.
Hands on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, social media management tools, email management tools and content management tools.
Deep experience with SEO/SEM, A/B and multivariate ad testing with a working experience in HTML, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.
