YES Communities, founded in 2008, owns and operates manufactured housing communities in many states. YES takes a new approach to manufactured home communities and works to build and maintain an environment in each community that reflects their positive YES attitude. YES’s unique operating model, personal approach and strong corporate culture has garnered it the Community Operator of the Year award by the Manufactured Housing Institute for the past ten years. At YES! Communities we look at Manufactured Housing Communities in a whole new way! Too many times in the past manufactured home communities had the reputation of saying NO! to home loans, leasing agreements and requests due to their stringent guidelines and rules. We want our residents to be part of a different type of community, where they are truly hearing YES! to creating a community that is all their own.
