Job Description

This role supports the SVP Human Resources for both Production HR and Corporate HR across various brands. The incumbent provides high-level executive administrative support, handling heavy calendaring, meeting coordination, and communication across international time zones. The position involves maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding HR and employment matters related to television production.

Responsibilities

Heavy calendaring and meeting coordination, including across international time zones.
Providing executive-level administrative support such as meeting and travel planning, expense management, and handling phone/mail.
Coordinating meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties, often at a fast and changing pace.
Handling telephone contact with executives and employees at all levels, and answering routine inquiries.
Exercising judgment in monitoring and prioritizing information flow and meetings throughout the day.
Handling confidential information with discretion and planning staff events and meetings.
Assisting with short and long-term projects, research, and producing presentations.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant in the entertainment industry, preferably in television or film, with studio or network experience being a plus.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle all levels of management.
Flexibility, organization, self-starting ability, and extreme attention to detail.
Proactive approach with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
