Johnson Truck Center, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Customer Service Rep at our location in Landover, Maryland. This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. Joining the service team will provide you with a rewarding work environment, excellent pay and benefits, and an opportunity for advancement. This is a in office position, based out of our Landover Maryland office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to support the service team
Support the PM/Repair process including opening repair orders, coordinating with the shop & parts department, communicating repair cost & estimates to customers, and repair order billing
Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues
Excellent customer service skills
Open & file warranty
Maintain open communication with technicians, management team and customers regarding job status
