Reporting to the Senior Director, New Product Development, the Product Manager is a key role in delivering on that goal as they are responsible for driving product planning and execution based on the product vision. The Product Manager drives the product roadmap throughout the product lifecycle, including market research, concept definition, defining market requirements based on customer needs and working closely with marketing, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver the product and execute the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute the go-to-market launch plan for new products and product enhancements.
Monitor business performance and adjust the roadmap and go-to-market plan accordingly.
Help develop new product ideas and business proposals to bring those ideas to market.
Work with stakeholders throughout the company to prioritize and manage the product queue to deliver on business outcomes.
Define and develop user stories, user personas and use cases for the product portfolio, based insights developed through customer and stakeholder feedback and product usage trends.
Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and develop action plans and recommendations.
Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or certification; Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
3 years' experience in product management, project management, design, business analysis, or similar field.
Passionate about understanding and developing products to meet our customers' needs.
Familiarity with Agile Project Management and/or waterfall development processes.
Well-organized, able to work independently, multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in-office and remotely according to GMAC's hybrid work environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Product management and or/ product owner experience, CSPO certified.
Experience with data and analytics software (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
Project management experience and/or PMP certified.
MBA.
