We have a great career opportunity for a Senior Product Manager here at ShiftKey! You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer needs. You will have exposure to all senior leaders across the organization as your will support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Independently lead and evangelize a development roadmap for complex product areas or multiple products within their scope of responsibility.
Deeply understand our customer needs and prioritize opportunities that will give us the biggest bang for our product development buck.
Partner with design to test and validate concepts with customers and learn quickly.
Thrive in an environment of fast feedback loops and an attitude of rapid iterations.
Work closely with a product trio (product manager, engineering manager and designer) to define meaningful outcomes for a product squad and to build an opportunity solution tree that reflects our knowledge and priorities.
Run beta and pilot programs as appropriate.
Work with an engineering squad to drive validated items from discovery through delivery and into the customer’s hands.
Ensure excellent team dynamics, team, and individual team member performance, growth, and enthusiasm.
Work closely with other teams to ensure efficient and productive working relationships.

What You'll Bring To The Role

Proven understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
7+ years working in software development space (engineer, designer, data analyst) with 4+ years experience in a direct product management role.
Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
Proven ability to get hands-on with data to make better decisions. SQL skills are strongly preferred.
Proven ability to engage with product, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
