Overview

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level role with the opportunity to learn and grow within our Customer Service team. The CSR is responsible for handling inbound calls and emails from both Accounts and Business Development Managers. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues/orders/requests are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Act as a front-line support to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally handle incoming requests (calls, email, faxes, etc.…) from Accounts/Account Executives and process all sales orders timely and accurately.
Responsible for routing inbound phone calls to the appropriate department
Communicate effectively with Accounts/Account Executives regarding any inquiry or issues with orders, products, shipping, and payment matters (past dues/credit card issues).
Accurately maintain account maintenance and updates to ensure integrity of the data.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Requirements

High School diploma with 0-2 years’ work experience in a service-related industry
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customer and employees, both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to work a flexible schedule, it may be necessary, given the business needs, to work occasional overtime.
Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and have a resilient mindset.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work, Teams), SAP, FedEx Ship Manager
This is hybrid position with work from home opportunities once all training is progressing/completed.
