Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational department with account management, ongoing communication to our existing customers and franchisees, and documentation of communication, meetings, etc.
Daily meetings with operational team members to review tickets and plan for the day
Auditing paperwork
Field and classroom training to our new employees in the operations department, along with new and existing franchisees
Providing assistance to operations team with escalations, ensuring customer and franchisee satisfaction
Periodically loading equipment onto trucks

Qualifications:

Account management experience
Customer service experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong training skills
Exceptional problem solving and time management abilities
Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite and internet
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
