AI Observability is the foundation which gives enterprises the confidence to ship more high performing, revenue-generating or cost-cutting predictive models, generative AI models, and LLM applications into production. The Fiddler AI Observability platform helps monitor, analyze, and protect models through a variety of internal and external use cases.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to leverage current successes and deliver the next level of intuitive and attractive user experience for enterprise ML practitioners and business leaders.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in UI/UX design working closely with front-end engineers.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (a viewable link and/or access instructions).

Preferred Qualifications

Master ‘s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in UI / UX design working closely with front-end engineers
2+ year using Figma with contributions to a design system featuring reusable components and clickable prototypes.
Experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, leading design projects, and working with executive leaders in a large enterprise.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Preferably Hybrid with at least 1 day a week in the Palo Alto office. Will consider full remote for a strong candidate within the US.

Pay Range in San Francisco is $175,000 - $210,000

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-related factors.
