The Account Executive (AE) position for PDP Group’s title administration services is responsible for providing internal and external client centric support to our programs. The AE involvement in the programs include, (but not limited to), new and renewal-marketing efforts with auto finance industry, preparation of client facing presentations and program documents; a comprehensive understanding of the programs and their individual nuances along with PDP’s internal processes, internal and external client communication and all other requests as needed on behalf of our clients.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive and robust understanding of PDP Group’s services involving vehicle titles as well as understand and comply with all internal and external client related requests.
Serve as a client contact to provide responsive and accurate answers to questions and follow through on action items.

Initiate, prepare and assist with new and renewal quote submissions; review new and old accounts to increase services provided to clients.
Participate in industry-sponsored, meetings, seminars, trade shows, and other events as necessary throughout the United States and territories.
Prepare, create and assist with presentations and client deliverables.
Provide telephone and electronic development training and coaching to clients; recognize training needs and opportunities to maximize customer centric services.
Support, promote, and facilitate PDP products and services to our network of clients.
Work with Client team members to assist with account strategies to grow and retain business.
Identify and communicate areas of potential growth and suggest action plans to capture opportunity and growth.
Support new product introductions, rollouts and training through multi-channel marketing.
Maintain sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
Gather and maintain competitive data for comparative and strategic purposes.
Actively communicate the value proposition of PDP to clients
Communicate effectively and accurately with PDP team members, clients, associations and various personnel.
Nurture relationships with referral partnerships (e.g. credit union associations or dealer associations).
Maintain professional and transparent ethics to cultivate internal and external client relationships that promote and drive business retention and expansion.
Perform other specific projects and implement initiatives as directed.

Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, Abilities:

Ability to manage a book of business and identifying, securing revenue.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a matrixed office environment.
Demonstrate sense of urgency toward internal and external client requests and opportunities.
Effective and efficient time management skills.
Committed to client centric service to enhance relationships and support retention with long standing business partners.
Adept at strategic and visionary thinking to identify service opportunities.

Ability to enter sales data accurately.

Preferred Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience/background – preferably in auto finance or automotive industry with knowledge of the transactions involved with sale and ownership transfer of a motor vehicle.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Industry experience in the auto finance or auto finance service industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe required and CRM (preferably Salesforce and with Pardot).
Up to 30% travel expected.
