The Senior Analyst, B2B Analytics will play a crucial role in analyzing the current state of the business and providing concise, actionable insights to all levels of the organization. This role will support our B2B business to anticipate the needs of our sales, marketing, client engagement, product, and demand generation teams by creating data reports and analytical solutions to solve business problems.

We are looking for a self-motivated, curious and resourceful problem-solver who can run with an idea and develop an analytical solution starting from often dirty raw data. Being able to keep solutioning independently is key to this role in a fast-paced business. If you can take on multiple projects at a time and shift focus based on current business needs, you will be successful.

The Senior Analyst, B2B Analytics will deliver outcomes in the following:

This role will support cross-functional sales, marketing, product, and client engagement teams by delivering concise and actionable insights through reporting in Tableau and data mining
Create and maintain best-in-class client facing performance reporting
Lead client level churn analytics and reporting, including enhancing existing modeling and health scores
Expand on existing product recommendation models, leading to a better fit of client needs to product offerings
Work with Research teams and Economists to create product claims, materials for speaking engagements, content for marketing materials, and PR
Support Sales and Sales Enablement teams with data and analytics needed for business development opportunities
Partner with B2B Demand Gen on lead scoring and audience segmentation
Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data assets and ensure business logic is considered in each step of processing and aggregation as we continue to build out our data environment in Snowflake
Follow analytical guidelines to ensure continuity of projects by checking code into github and reviewing peer pull requests
Curate advanced insight stories from various data sources to present to all levels of the organization
Coordinate across departments to promote alignment with business goals and decisions, ensuring cross-department goals align to meet corporate goals

What We Need From YOU

6+ years analytics experience required
Probing to understand the “why” with all analytics requests
Ability to find and propose solutions to data deficiencies
Experience mentoring entry-level team members
A proven track record to think strategically and work independently
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to evolving market trends and customer needs
Experience in presenting complex information clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders either in written or spoken format
Strong SQL skills to pull data efficiently and accurately
Strong data visualization skills, preferably in Tableau
Python or R coding experience
Organization and documentation skills
Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Business Analytics, an experimental science, or a related analytical field

Preferred Experience And Skills

Experience with churn analysis and management
Building and implementation of predictive models
Ability to find data relationships using correlation and clustering techniques
Google Analytics and BigQuery experience
Snowflake database experience
