Salesforce for Retail and Consumer Goods vertical, allows our customers to support integral B2B and B2C processes on the world’s #1 CRM. Using our platform, our customers are able to use powerful insights to better support field reps, partners, and customers, ultimately creating a smarter, and seamless customer experience to win brand loyalty and earn new business.

This role is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in all things Salesforce. You will get exposure to a range of internal teams and business units, so your overall knowledge of how we work and operate will grow very quickly.

Our RCG team is part of our wider sales team, focusing on selling into the RCG industry. The RCG space is particularly exciting at the moment as there are multiple industry disruptors entering the market. The barrier for entry is high, and the customers you will work with are highly intelligent and self motivated.

Day to Day

Our Global Account Managers engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Manage key stakeholders at assigned top account
Lead team of sellers responsible for the Global Account (as defined by the business)
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $188,550 to $252,250.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
