The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Practice Director and Department Chair in all aspects of Department administration. Responsible for supervision of department administrative staff, expenses, budgets, productivity and reporting. Assists with faculty recruitment, contracting and onboarding. Assesses current physician practice and operations identifying areas for improvement by working with the Chairman, Division Directors, Medical Director, and Practice Director. Monitors financial performance to meet/exceed budgeted targets.

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.

Experience:
3-5 years of previous job-related experience; 6-10 years preferred.
