Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for:

Be a leader responsible for managing all aspects of the sales program with the highest level of customer service including building prospect base, responding to prospect inquiries, generating tours, and performing follow-up.
You will also be responsible for development and implementation of innovating sales/marketing plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in sales and marketing in senior housing
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a drug screening upon hire
Ability to communicate effectively with customers

Job Type: Full-time, Schedule typically Monday to Friday including 1 weekend per month. Hours typically 9AM – 5PM.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000, DOE
