Key Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach: Be the driving force behind our growth by proactively connecting with potential clients, introducing them to our innovative services, and uncovering exciting new opportunities.
Meeting Scheduling: Master the art of coordination by seamlessly scheduling meetings with promising leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
Pipeline Management: Take command of our CRM system, meticulously tracking status changes, key customer insights, and meeting notes to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Qualifications:

Experience: Entry level; 1-2 years experience in sales or sales support preferred.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively in person, over the phone, and via email with diverse contacts.
Outstanding Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
Strong Work Ethic: Exemplary work ethic with a track record of diligently managing and maintaining a customer pipeline, showing persistence, dedication, and a strong sense of urgency.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in email, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work well with team members, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
Highly Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of the property & casualty insurance industry is advantageous but not essential.
