Clinicians (RN, LPN, and CNA) request to work these shifts based on their availability. The facility will review and hire the clinician based on the credentials and experience in their profile. Three groups are benefited by our work: -Clinicians. Showing realtime local jobs eliminates the headache of finding high paying work, while providing flexibility to work based on their schedule. -Facilities. They can easily find solutions to staffing needs without draining their valuable time and resources. -Patients.
