THE ROLE

The Influencer Marketing Manager (Gaming) will help build a brand that people love: disruptive, creative, and culturally relevant. This role will support the brand's best-in-class Influencer program including relationship building, social/trend monitoring, partnerships and engagement with a focus on family and lifestyle content creators. You will play an integral role in building poppi's digital network, social platform presence and awareness, maximizing our digital impact, positioning poppi as the #1 soda, period. You will stay up to date on culture and trends, and contribute ideas that bring to life fun, flavor and functionality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Embody our marketing purpose and pillars: be creative and critical, culturally relevant, and champion others; and get everyone to love & drink poppi.
Support the ideation of disruptive brand campaigns and product launches; develop marketing strategies and plans that align with campaign goals.
Leverage consumer insights in the development of brand/product campaigns and in always-on brand messaging, hierarchy, and communications.
Support the rollout of company purpose and values internally and externally.
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with influencer, community and agency network to leverage for brand/product campaigns and always on engagement.
Support influencer mailer campaigns from ideation to coordination to fulfillment and reporting.
Identify new and noteworthy talent.
Be the asana master: own influencer briefs, mailer boxes and inserts and any other assets needed from creative team.
Collaborate on and deliver a full year strategy and action plan for brand's expansion into gaming, Twitch and E Sports.
Support event activations for all influencer events – make the experience great. From ideation to relationship management, event coordination and logistics.
Develop monthly marketing reporting and keep KPI dashboard up to date.

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong understanding of the influencer marketing and social landscape with direct experience with the gaming vertical.
Finger on the pulse with culture and trends.
A storyteller, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to inspire a team to collaborate and produce great work.
Strong judgement and the ability to respond quickly to urgent matters.
Proactive, self-starter and highly resourceful, capable of figuring it out.
Ability to work in fast paced, start-up environment, wearing multiple hats.

YOUR BACKGROUND

3+ years of marketing experience working on influencer relations and partnerships; direct experience supporting the gaming vertical is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Asana preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $75,000- $90,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
