The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining analytical solutions to support the business objectives of Parkhill. This role involves generating reports, creating dashboards, and performing detailed data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Your Contribution

Reporting and Analysis:

Develops and maintains regular and ad-hoc reports
Creates and manages dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Collaboration and Communication:

Works closely with department heads to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions
Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Collaborates with IT and other teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Data Management:

Ensures data quality by performing data cleansing and validation
Integrates data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view
Maintains documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes

Continuous Improvement:

Stays current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes and data management practices
Participates in training and professional development activities

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
