We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insight and support to the organization's decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Responsibilities

Prepare financial models and forecasts to support organizational decision-making
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Develop and track budgets and perform regular variance analysis
Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze financial trends and make recommendations for optimization

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The Details…

You will work full-time Monday through Friday at Corporate offices located in West Los Angeles.

Starting pay ranges from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
