Office Manager and Executive Administrator

Walpole, MA

As anOffice Manager and Executive Administratorat our Rolls-Royce Naval Marine site in Walpole, MA you will have the opportunity to positively impact the daily lives of all 150+ employees at our site. This role will interact across all functions and coordinate site activities

Key Accountabilities

Administrative support of internal functions, booking travel and managing expenses, managing calendars and organizing large meetings on site in Walpole.
Manage vending/coffee program, site visitor list, office supply stock, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing as required.
Assist with onboarding new employees
Draft and send sitewide communications on behalf of the functional teams.
Lead coordination of site engagement activities and projects as assigned.
Able to multitask and work with service providers.
Customer service orientated mentality – must be able to represent senior management professionally with external visitors
Must be able to work core business hours as agreed with management with the expectation that most hours are on-site.

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma & 2 years relevant experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
Professional interpersonal skills
Experience of organizing sitewide events when needed.
U.S. Citizenship Required

Preferred Requirements

Previous experience as an Office Administrator
Previous experience working with Senior Level Managers
