Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning our products effectively in the market, and driving demand generation for our SaaS B2B solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our solutions from competitors.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our buyer personas and their pain points.

Content Creation and Management:

Produce high-quality marketing content including product briefs, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.

Demand Generation:

Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and events.

Sales Enablement:

Provide the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively sell our products.
Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and competitive battle cards.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
