Responsibilities

Financial Oversight:

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Assist in preparati0n and analysis of monthly financial statements.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.

Accounts Management:

Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable functions.

Internal Controls:

Establish and maintain internal controls.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure policy adherence.

Financial Analysis and Compliance:

Provide detailed financial analysis for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal tax law

Technology Integration:

Utilize accounting software for streamlined processes.
Identify and implement system improvements.

Other Functions:

Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concrete’s mission statement and core values
Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
Perform all other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA a plus.
5 years experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
