TheBusiness Analyst - Integrated Services Supportwill assist to obtain business analysis and logistical support to develop an organizational level Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Program, including program goals and objectives, program scope and schedules, standard operating procedures, program budget and staffing analysis, and strategic communications.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Leverage industry knowledge, experience, and innovative approaches to assist the government in the development of a FCA program.
Conduct as is analysis and provide recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
Develop written deliverables that shall include but shall not be limited to memorandums, project plans, standard operating procedures, process and procedures, flow charts, external strategic communications for business partners, and input/track reporting of deliverables in the Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) task management system.
Support the management of timelines for deliverable development and in support of program development and management.
Assist with strategic planning, metrics development, and performance management.
Recommend process improvements and organizational strategies.
Compile program analysis and reports related to facility assessments.

Payrate: $104,303 to $125,809 Annually

Required Qualifications And Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years experience in organization management and organizational transformation consulting services, stakeholder engagement planning, organization strategy planning, and human capital development.
Bachelor's degree required.
US Citizenship is required per contract requirements.
Ability to obtain/maintain eligibility and favorable pre-employment U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) background investigation before reporting for duty.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint desired but not required.
Travel may be required to complete the requirements of the position.
