Responsibilities:

Manage people – need to be more senior.
Leading a team of more junior designers, looking over work in Figma (must).
Design reviews, present to leadership.
Mentoring and taking care of team.

Must have Skills:

Figma experience
Working in Mobile App (not just desktop).
Strong understanding of User/Customer Experience – End-to-end

Nice to have Skills:

Visual Design - having a good ability for visual design.
Organized, knowing when to ask questions and delegating
Mentorship abilities.

Experience:

8-10 years of Experience

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
