We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient and effective management of their schedules, communications, and other administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

Manage and organize executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Plan both business and personal travel, including purchasing tickets, making reservations, and creating itineraries
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review and presentation by executives.
Assist with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle special projects and assignments as directed by executives.
Handle personal duties for executives as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Skills

Experience with office management software like MS Office, Google Workspace, or other similar tools.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
