Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dynamic Director, Operations to lead and oversee the operations within our Prisma division. This pivotal role requires a candidate with a proven track record in enhancing operational processes, leading motivated teams towards achieving divisional objectives, and closely collaborating with senior management to ensure the division's goals are in full alignment with the company's strategic directives. The ideal individual for this position will possess a hands-on approach, outstanding communication skills, and the aptitude to drive performance and innovation within the Prisma division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and manage daily operations within Prisma to ensure efficient and effective execution of processes.
Partner with senior management to devise and implement strategies that support and align with overarching company objectives, with a specific focus on the Prisma’s growth and development.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and spearhead initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Oversee the division’s budget, forecasting needs, and managing resource allocation to align with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards within Prisma.
Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging team engagement and the generation of new ideas.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and strategies for enhanced divisional performance.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and coherent operations company- wide, with a focus on integrating the Prisma’s activities.
Lead projects and initiatives aimed at achieving long-term operational excellence within Prisma.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in operations management with a demonstrable track record of success, preferably in a related industry or division similar to Prisma.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience in team development and performance management.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Comprehensive understanding of financial, budgeting, and resource allocation principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in prop tech and /or rental payments.
Experience in payments.
Proficiencies in math and using excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range: $130,000 - $140,000
Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)
