The WW Brand Marketing Team is responsible for building brand identity and awareness through storytelling, IRL activations, brand pops, and partnerships.

What you will do

The Senior Content Manager, will be responsible for crafting powerful, on-brand messages to our target audience, helping to drive our mission of ‘A healthy that makes you happy’. They’ll be a fierce arbiter of our tone of voice, carrying it through everything they write: from social posts to email journeys to seasonal campaigns.

The candidate can expect daily check-ins with their manager, however, the ideal fit for this role is a self-starter, proactive, and highly communicative with minimal day-to-day supervision. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be an exceptional writer, communicator, and cross-functional collaborator. The candidate must also possess a keen understanding that branding is crucial to not just the success of the channel but the health of the business.

Quick/easy adapter of ToV—they ‘get it’ from the get-go
Works independently and is highly collaborative within the brand marketing team and cross-functionally
Can identify and solve complex problems
Connects the dots, thinks critically, and asks pertinent questions to get the job done
Requires minimal guidance and displays thought leadership
Nimble and agile style of working. Must be able to pivot as business needs evolve.
Aware of the latest in weight-loss science and the trajectory of the industry as a whole.
Should know where Weight Watchers is headed as a company—and why.
Knowledge of related job disciplines across brand marketing (i.e., social media, site marketing)
Experience working at a highly matrixed organization undergoing seismic expansion
Health/wellness professional experience and/or a personal weight journey.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $120,000/yr to $135,000/yr
