Job Purpose

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial and business information and analysis in support of the company's reporting, forecasting and planning processes.

Job Responsibilities

Extract and analyze financial, economic and operational data to support activity-based modeling and profitability pro formas for domestic customers. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders on restructuring existing business as well as future business opportunities.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance and evaluate investment opportunities.
Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather data, perform analysis, and drive actionable insights.
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Lead planning and forecasting processes for areas of responsibility; responsible for inputting and validating inputs into the Hyperion Planning application.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

Work Experience

Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years )

Education

Master's Degree Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - CFA Institute
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
