The Company rents and sells modular space solutions and workforce accommodations to customers in Canada, US and Australia, serving a cross-section of diverse sectors through two of its operating business units - Modular Space Solutions (MSS) and Workforce Solutions (WFS). MSS provides high-quality, cost effective, modular space rentals and sells new/used modular buildings and provides complementary services such as delivery, installation, project management and ancillary products (furniture and office equipment). Its principal brands are BOXX Modular, Britco, MPA, Schiavi and CL Martin. WFS provides complete remote accommodations including rental of modular dormitories, kitchens/diners and recreation buildings, with complementary services such as mobilization, site development, site services, and full turnkey facility management. Its principal brands are Black Diamond Camps and Black Diamond Energy Services. LodgeLink (LL), Black Diamond’s newest venture, is a rapidly scaling marketplace platform that leverages technology to deliver efficiency and cost control for complex workforce travel and logistics of companies. LL offers end-to-end crew travel management solutions, from accommodation to transportation. With ~10,500 hotel and lodge properties, LL offers ~1 Million rooms of capacity with coverage in most markets across Canada and US. Black Diamond is an entrepreneurial business.
