Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our studio operations and ensuring a best in class experience for our cohort teams and their partnership with C10. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and operations, be AI curious and have an interest in helping startups grow.

What you will do:

Monitor and track portfolio company performance and evolution over the length of the C10 program
Help iterate on important metrics to track venture improvement and develop new ideas for measurement
Coordinate with investment team members to make recommendations on investment opportunities within the cohort.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders on cohort and program performance
Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to provide operational support and facilitate communication.
Think through engagement opportunities for cohort teams and mentors to work more closely together and
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and standardized procedures to optimize workflow.
Utilize technology and tools to automate routine tasks and reporting functions.

Who you are:

Interest in full product development and bringing cutting edge AI products, platforms, and services to market
Ability to translate AI concepts and ideas into tangible products.
Strong understanding of business and product development methodologies
General knowledge of AI, LLMs, and other technical data concepts
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven leadership abilities and experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects and teams
Masters degree in system's design, program management or related field.
