About the job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MoeGo, you are at the forefront of our mission to expand our reach and customer base. Your primary role is to identify, engage, and nurture potential leads, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified prospects to the sales team. With a keen understanding of our SaaS product and the challenges it addresses, you will be instrumental in fostering connections, igniting interest, and driving the initial stages of our sales cycle. Your passion for outreach, combined with your innate ability to understand and communicate with diverse prospects, will be pivotal in paving the way for our sales success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:Conduct research and use various prospecting techniques to identify potential customers within our target market. This may involve cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and leveraging other channels to generate leads.

Effective Communication:Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS product to prospects clearly and effectively. Tailor messaging to resonate with each potential customer's unique situation.

Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts, share insights, and refine lead generation strategies.

Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance your understanding of the market and better address customer needs.

Metrics Tracking:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets for lead generation, qualified appointments, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Persuasive and persistent with excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in SaaS products and solutions.

- Ability to adapt to change, be flexible, and continuously improve strategies based on

feedback and results.
