NewHomesMate is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency in language, value propositions, and messaging across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will come to possess a deep understanding of our customer base and will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and continuously improving our communications to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain consistent language, value propositions, and messaging across all customer touchpoints, including email, website, social media, and other channels.
Conduct thorough testing of communication strategies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
Work to establish and then analyze communication metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align communication strategies with business objectives.
Work with marketing to develop and implement targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication and customer relationship management.
Lead online and offline customer research efforts to help us better understand their wants, needs, and fears.
Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences in all communication and product initiatives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to communication and customer data privacy.
Support general marketing activities including website content creation, advertising content, and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a communications management role, preferably in a B2C company.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all communications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in communication and analytics tools, such as email marketing platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics software.
