What We Are Looking For

We are seeking to appoint a Product Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our product success by crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who excels at developing compelling messaging, leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and creating cohesive, customer-focused content across various channels, all while taking full ownership of their projects with minimal direction. A brief view into what the role entails:

Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, and others) to create and execute a unified content strategy for integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, SEO, and website optimization.
Develop and articulate clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for Airlock Digital's endpoint application control and allowlisting solutions.
Drive thought leadership initiatives by aligning content with GTM strategies, customer journeys, and industry trends.
Work with the VP of Marketing to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for content efficacy and campaign ROI.
Utilize data-driven insights from HubSpot and analytics dashboards to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall ROI.
Produce premium content, including reports, insights, whitepapers, case studies, and customer success stories, while collaborating with internal SMEs and third-party agencies like Wakefield for original research.
Oversee the strategy and operations of Airlock Digital’s content hub and website, ensuring high volumes of organic traffic and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product and marketing strategies.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to enhance Airlock Digital’s market presence.

What You’ll Need

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO optimization, and other relevant tools.
In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technology and cybersecurity market trends; familiarity with application control and allowlisting is preferred.
Demonstrated success in executing content marketing campaigns and initiatives for B2B SaaS companies.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.

We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role.  This position has a salary range of $130,000-140,000 per annum.  Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
