About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the first Sr. SDR hire, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team growth. You’ll work directly with our account executives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. You will be responsible for selling our software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on preschools and early childcare centers that have high booking volumes.The Sr. Sales Development Representative career progression is a path towards being an Account Executive.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation: Developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting and outreach efforts
Proactive Outreach: Initiating contact with leads through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our software solutions
Qualifying Leads: Understanding the needs and pain points of prospects, qualify them based on our ideal customer profile, and determine their potential fit with our solutions
Exceeding Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve overall sales processes
Closing deals: Working directly with our Account Executives to procure and engage high quality prospects throughout the sales process

What You Need

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Metrics-oriented and exceeding metrics for success in past roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and the drive to build something great.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, and fluent in CRM software, prospecting tools, and other sales technologies.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes
Job level and actual compensation will be decided on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
