Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager who has a passion for design, architecture, and real estate. The marketing manager will work directly and report to the Director of Marketing, helping develop, implement and execute the marketing plan for the entire organization and support other departments and verticals.

Duties And Responsibilities

The Hardy Group Internal Marketing

Update and prepare company proposals, presentations, and other collateral
Maintain the company database/CRM
Maintain the company project lists, employee roster, consultant database, and other internal databases
Assist with content creation for newsletters, website articles and webinar series
Support DOM with website updates
Track RSS feeds and prepare for internal business development meetings
Develop and implement social media strategy and manage content across various platforms (LinkedIn)
Coordinate conference meeting schedules for execs
New York City Office administration

Radical Innovation

Assist with coordination of the company’s non-profit organization, an annual competition, titled Radical Innovation
Oversee and coordinate the competition website and collection of submissions
Coordination of in-person event
Develop and implement social media strategy and manage content (LinkedIn, Instagram) for Radical Innovation
Support the media strategy for Radical Innovation
Assist with content creation for newsletters and website articles

REQUIREMENTS (Desired Skills)

Highly developed internal and external communication skills
BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing/communications
3 - 5 years work experience in marketing, public relations, events
Experience with creating Social Media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Airtable
Experience with Digital Marketing Platforms such as Google Analytics, Social Bee, etc..
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign
Attention to detail, organized, ability to follow directions
Excellent writing skills
