Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and print materials such as shelf talkers, sell sheets, posters, case cards, price books, and presentation materials.
Assist in creating original visual media, including logos, banners, and interfaces, that effectively communicate the desired message.
Produce drafts, models, and prototypes using various design techniques and collaborate with team members for project approval.
Use feedback from senior designers and other team members to improve designs and achieve the highest quality outcomes.
Assist in the deployment and management of social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
Support basic WordPress website development by updating existing pages and creating new ones using established layouts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing staff, managers, and graphic designers to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging concepts.
Prepare print orders and assembly instructions after receiving final approval from the project team.
Help with the printing and cutting of POS materials and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print products.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
2- 3 years of experience as a Junior Designer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe Stock, and Adobe Font).
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Understanding of visual elements like layout, type, and fonts, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to pitch creative ideas effectively.
A high value for quality with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written communication and proofreading skills, with the ability to detect and correct grammatical or typographical errors.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external vendors to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
