Our business department handles corporate structure, intellectual property, immigration, international law, real estate transactions and litigation, bankruptcy, asset protection, land use, probate litigation, estate planning, commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. 31 Offices: The firm maintains nine fully staffed offices throughout Florida, and offices in KY, CA, IL, AZ, TX, TN, USVI, GA, NY, NJ, MI, ME, MS, NV, OK, IN, LA, and CO.
