Responsible for payroll and scheduling (for assigned units)
Will handle basic office duties – inventory/ordering of supplies
Will gain experience on how to staff medical personnel – running reports, creating 4 weeks clinical schedule and updating staffing sheets for each assigned unit

Will gain experience and understanding of working with unions (MNA & SEIU) – their rules/regulations

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Access , and PowerPoint
Experience with UKG Dimensions is nice to have, but willing to train
Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
Basic financial and accounting skills preferred
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with others at all levels
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
Understanding of medical terminology is helpful but not needed
