Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Manager at MagicLinks, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns (social, email, paid ads, events), generating qualified leads, and adapting quickly to changing needs. We're looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and excited to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

You'll be reporting to our VP of Marketing and working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners.

Develop and/or support & implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content, events, and paid media
Collaborate with the team to create engaging and on-brand marketing materials, such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and more
Support brand strategy initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth
Lead the planning and executing of both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and conferences
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize future efforts

Minimum Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with proficiency in lead generation, digital marketing, events, and content creation
Broad understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to measure campaign effectiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passion for the influencer marketing space and a desire to make an impact in a growing company

Total Rewards

Base Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level of experience relevant to the job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
