The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruitment. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of recruitment strategies that support business initiatives and will partner with leaders to coach and mentor on talent acquisition processes, HR policies, state and federal laws including OFCCP compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills.

Principal Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions and provide support for other functional areas as needed
Drive the offer process – including negotiating salaries, extending offers, and closing candidates
Responsible for partnering with organizational business leaders and Human Resource partners to assess talent requirements, create staffing strategies, source, extend offers, and develop comprehensive strategies to attract diverse talent
Use sourcing resources and techniques to identify diverse candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Facilitate and drive the hiring process to meet business hiring demands
Demonstrate positive change agent behaviors and influence managers and business partners in a matrix environment
Attend and support local and national hiring, career events, and related conferences
Limited travel may be required

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies

Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience to include any combination of full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, coordinating, or HR experience AND Education/Experience equivalence in an aerospace and defense/aviation category. (Associates Degree in a related field AND 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience to include any combination of full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, coordinating, or HR experience in an aerospace and defense/aviation category. OR H/S Diploma or Equivalence 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience to include any combination of full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, coordinating, or HR experience in an aerospace and defense/aviation category.
Experience developing and implementing talent strategies and methodologies to hire critical talent
Experience with pro-active sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization
Experience recruiting in a high volume environment

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

USD $75,000 -$120,000

Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
