The ideal candidate has thorough bookkeeping experience, has an affinity for accounting and procedures, and is excited to build new processes within the firm. They should be an active problem solver, and who knows how to â€˜roll up their sleeves and get work completed. The candidate should aspire to be so detail-oriented, they triple-check their work.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years bookkeeping
QuickBooks Certification (a plus)
Minimum Education of Associate's Degree in the accounting field
Experience in Bookkeeping with clients in multiple industries is highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Customer service management: good customer service, client disputes, etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient Understanding of Microsoft Excel
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Resourceful

Manage bookkeeping files
Update Chart of accounts
Request documents from the client
Coordinate the collection of information from vendors
Manage and file source documents
Assist in Reconciliations
Assist in Closing books for Year End Financials
Send client-requested documents such as Financials
Other Accounting Entry & Support Functions
