About The Role

As our CPG division grows, we’re looking to bring on a Sales Director to expand our footprint across the US.

In this Sales Director role you will bring your extensive experience and network across the CPG industry, along with your expansive knowledge set in the digital advertising landscape to develop and nurture relationships.

You will leverage Ogury’s mobile solutions to retain existing and establish new business. You’ll also be responsible for the support of our teams’ efforts to engage in the day-to-day execution at these agencies and advertisers.

The Sales Director will work collaboratively with our teams to identify, source, pitch, define, negotiate, close and manage digital advertising revenue.

You are a subject matter expert in the marketplace, working to educate your sales team, as well as your clients, about Ogury’s offerings, acting as a thought leader to expand our collective presence and industry engagement.

This is a hybrid role based out of New York, NY, where we encourage our team to join us in office at least 2 days per week.

What You Will Do

Build awareness and adoption of the company’s mobile offering with agencies and advertisers through client presentations, conference attendance and direct sales
This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management
Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships
Engage with senior advertiser executives to support sales team efforts and drive deal growth
Assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing effort against key decision makers across organizations, as well as their internal business partners and agencies
Handle sales and account team escalations and client escalations as needed

What You Will Bring To Ogury

Experience in digital and programmatic ad sales, as well as enterprise-wide solutions selling
You have a wide range of existing relationships and contacts with advertisers and agencies with a focus in CPG
A high degree of creativity and organizational skills
You have an eagerness to work in a start-up team environment where you will collaborate with teams closely
You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship

$125,000 - $145,000 a year

In compliance with the US State based Pay Transparency Acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.

The salary for the Sales Director, CPG role is: $125,000 - $145,000 USD annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
