We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the C.A. Ferolie team in the Metro, New York region. We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Development Manager to work collaboratively on top-tier CPG brands with top grocery customers to deliver exceptional results. As the Regional Sales Development Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales Development, Perishables, managing the business relationship with clients to achieve their assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion objectives, leading to increased market share, volume, and profitability. You will also be responsible for customer relationships, providing strategic recommendations and tactical execution of the client(s) objectives while supporting the customers’ category growth goals.

Regional Sales Development Manager Requirements:

Prior experience with perishables is preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to do presentations professionally to employees at all levels of the company
Must know basic arithmetic operations to accurately calculate budgets, net sales, margins, promotional percentages, discounts, and commissions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess critical thinking skills such as analysis, evaluation, and synthesis, as well as abstract thinking, creative thinking, information processing, and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize workload and set goals
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV report.
