Job Description

he Software Department Business Analyst will oversee the release of software for customers in the semiconductor industry. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software releases are delivered on time and meet the quality standards expected by the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a software release process that ensures high-quality software releases are delivered on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, quality assurance, field, and manufacturing operations to ensure software releases meet customer requirements
Author, develop, communicate, and maintain a release schedule, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Work with product management and development teams to define the scope of software releases
Assist in developing and implementing systems for software development that meet management system standards
Track software department metrics; use these metrics as a means for identifying opportunities for business process continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field, with 5+ years of professional Business Analyst or Project Management experience.
