Rex Moore will negotiate or competitively bid various forms of contracts including lump-sum, fixed fee, hourly rate, and cost-plus work as a prime contractor, subcontractor or joint venture. We set no minimum or maximum. Our rule of thumb: we will propose work only if we are in a position to be competitive in the marketplace and can provide an excellent service with fair compensation.
